Dealer Request Form

Finding an F&I fill-in is as easy as filling out the information below and sending it to us by pressing the submit button.  With a credit card deposit we can have an F&I replacement for you by the next day.

Payment

Payment is based on per diem schedule @ 12% commission or $300.00  minimum whichever is greater.  Payment is due weekly upon receipt of invoice.  Company check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted.  Dealer is responsible for arranging airfare, accommodations, and ground transportation where applicable.
